I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me navigate the local tram system, which made it super easy to reach attractions like the beautiful Parliament building and Old City within just a short ride, and it was also a joy to wander to nearby spots like the charming restaurant Bella Vita for some delicious Italian cuisine after a day of exploring.

Staying with two small kids, we enjoyed the convenient tram access right outside, which took us to the city's highlights quickly. The breakfast was impressive for the price, and the room, although snug, had clean sheets and a cosy bed to crash in after a long day.

My kids wished for a bigger space to play and move around comfortably.

Had a great time with friends! The cozy beds made it easy to recharge after exploring. We checked out the vibrant local scene and even caught an event at PostFinance Arena without breaking the bank. The tram stop right outside was super convenient.

Loved the smart layout of the economy room and how the automatic doors made moving my bags a breeze. I also found a relaxing sun terrace which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, although I wish the towels were a bit softer. Overall, this place is solid for a quick trip, just keep in mind the rooms are a bit snug! 🌞

the staff were friendly and helped us with maps plus gave us free bus tickets so we could explore the area without shelling out more for transport. the room was clean and comfortable and the bunk beds? a hit with the kids who fought over who gets the top one

I stayed in the Economy Twin Room for 2 nights, and it was nice and clean. The shower was really amazing, and it was super silent inside. The place is a bit far from the center, but there's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around. The bathroom was tight, and there weren’t any USB ports, which was kind of a hassle. Overall, a comfy stay if you don't mind the little quirks.
